The new Brooklyn wouldn’t be complete without an Apple store!
Back in March we first reported that Apple was looking to make a move to Brooklyn. The tech giant had been reportedly eyeing two locations, one in Fort Greene and another in Williamsburg.
According to The New York Post, it seems Williamsburg will be the first stop in Brooklyn. Reports show that Apple has signed a long-term lease for a 20,000 square-foot store at 247 Bedford Avenue at the corner of North 3rd Street.
The New York Post states that the new Apple Store will be a two-story brick structure and “is getting a whole new look, featuring dramatic, arched windows.” According to reports, you should be able to start purchasing your favorite Apple tools from the new location as soon as April of next year.
No word as of yet if a Fort Greene Apple location is still in the works.
