The Jamaica, Queens born rapstress, Nicki Minaj, is bringing her “Pinkprint Tour” to Barclays Center on July 26th. The tour that has has officially kicked off in Europe, backs Minaj’s third most emotional and revealing album to date, The Pinkprint. It looks like Nicki is ready to give one hell of a show.
Nicki will be joined buy a number of upcoming music staples that have already have made major music buzz. Rap duo Rae Sremmurd, who recently released “Throw Sum Mo” features Nicki along with the rapper’s rumored boyfriend, Meek Mill, Tinashe, and Detroit rapper DeJ Loaf will accompany her on all Pinkprint US tour stops.
R&B singer Tinashe, who was scheduled to go on tour with rapper Iggy Azalea, pulled out last week due to major complications that made Iggy postpone all shows. Today the singer announced via Twitter that she would indeed be joining Iggy’s rap rival, Nicki Minaj.
This will be the rapper’s first full concert at the Brooklyn arena, but she is not new to the Barclays Center stage. Nicki’s last performance at Barclays was just this past September for Fashion Rocks, where she performed her hit record “Anaconda” is a green costume that no one will ever forget.
