Last week, the Korean pastry franchise, Paris Baguette opened to a slew of excited dessert fanatics. On the busy corner of Court and Schermerhorn, the restaurant that serves of some of the best Parisian style breads, pastries, cakes, gourmet sandwiches and coffee, fits it’s first Brooklyn location in the changing neighborhood.
According to chain’s website, Paris Baguette “(has) provided a unique experience to customers by introducing a new trend-setting bakery and café,” for the past 68 years.
Don’t expect anything to be overpriced as you can get fresh baked bread for $3, a ham and cheese pastry for $2 and of course everyone’s favorite, delectable giant french macaroons for $2.50. One thing’s for sure, you will spend a great deal of time deciding what’s worth the calories
